A number of SoloAmigos joined fellow Amigo and history enthusiast Keith for an informative and fun historical walk around Benissa last Wednesday.
Among several places of interest were the church and – tucked away behind the main square (Plaza Mayor) – was a lovely stately home from the 16th century. The pictures below show some of the highlights (thanks to Sheran for the camerawork!).
If anyone else took photographs from the event and would like them displayed here, please forward to Robert via email.
All in all, it was a great event and the group reflected on what they had seen over a welcome cup of coffee afterwards.
Many thanks go to Keith for suggesting and co-ordinating the outing for us.
We look forward to more walks and visits in the future.
